As part of activities for the 2024, Civil Service Week Games, the Ministry of Tourism Arts and Culture eliminated the Ministry of Works and Housing in a 3:0 trailer at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday 8th, April 2024.
Bernard Adjei Asante scored the “opener” in the 25th minute of the first half through a spot kick.
In the second half, Prince Tetteh increased the tally to 2-0 in the 55th minute through a header.
The MoTAC team sealed their qualifications for the next stage in the 77th minute when Prince Tetteh scored through another spot-kick.
Speaking after the game, the Captain of the team, Robert Elorm Doe said they played according to plan and thanked his members for the hard-fought win. He also expressed gratitude to the staff who were at the stadium to cheer the team to victory.
The team awaits balloting to know their next opponent.
