Officials of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture (MoTAC) on Wednesday 4th September 2024 paid a courtesy call on the Omanhene of the Oguaa Traditional Area, Osabarima Dr Kwesi Atta II at his palace in Cape Coast.
